Client asked us to redesign existing display for reduced cost while maintaining structural integrity.
• We re-engineered the framework to reduce carton pack-out by almost 50%. This is particularly important given unprecedented ocean freight costs and impacts total supply chain efficiency – including carbon footprint
• Greater than 20% total cost reductions achieved though a series of value engineering efficiencies
• We are now working on further programs for international distribution.
